You accept these Terms by using the site or by placing an order; every order is placed subject to them. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Primeletic for your purchase.

You must be an adult of legal age in your place of residence and legally able to enter a binding contract to purchase from Primeletic. By ordering, you confirm that you meet both requirements. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe these Terms are being violated.

Primeletic Relief Balm is a topical balm for external use on intact skin only. By ordering, you acknowledge that you will use it as directed: massaged into unbroken skin, kept away from eyes and mucous membranes, never ingested, and stored out of reach of children and pets. It is not a drug. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and no product we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. References on this site to published research describe studies of individual ingredients; they are not claims about outcomes from any Primeletic product.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including cancelling and refunding orders placed at an obviously erroneous price. Payment is collected at the time of order through third-party payment processors; Primeletic does not store full payment card numbers. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.

Orders before 2 PM ET ship same day, Monday-Friday, from our US warehouse. US delivery typically takes 2-4 business days; international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. All parcels ship with tracking in plain, unbranded packaging. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your address. For international orders, you are the importer of record: customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local import regulations are your responsibility. See Shipping & Returns for detail.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email [email protected] with your order number within 60 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product price to your original payment method, even if the tin is empty. No return shipment is required and no restocking fee applies.

The guarantee applies once per customer and household and covers quantities consistent with personal use (up to one order). We may decline refund claims that show a pattern of abuse. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the request.

You agree not to:

• use any product other than as directed on its label and in these Terms, including any internal use;
• resell, repackage, or relabel products;
• misrepresent your identity or age when ordering;
• abuse the guarantee in Section 06 through repeated or coordinated claims;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site.

The site, its design, text, images, and the Primeletic name and marks are the property of Primeletic Labs, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission, except as necessary to browse and purchase.

Except for the express guarantee in Section 06, products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certificates of analysis describe the tested batch sample only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primeletic's total liability arising out of or relating to any order or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any consequences of use of products contrary to these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primeletic Labs, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of any product contrary to these Terms or its labeled directions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
